Shift Flexibility: Enjoy full-time employment with the ability to adjust your shifts. Our office hours vary by city, but in Winnipeg we offer shifts starting at 8:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.

Paid Sick Days: You can take comfort in knowing that if you have the occasional sick day, you can still get paid. Commercial Credit Adjusters provides 1 paid sick day per quarter to its staff. If you don’t use your time, don’t worry — we pay out any unused time at the end of each year.

Benefits Package: Commercial Credit Adjusters offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes life insurance, dependent life insurance, accidental death insurance, long-term disability, health, vision, and dental coverage. The company shares the cost of these benefits with our employees, 50/50.
